As a local business owner myself, I know how important customer service is. Being acknowledged as you come through the door is important. Having a smile and being attentive is important and every time I’ve walked in I’m greeted with a smile. Jose runs a great shop, he’s very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know, he’ll find out for you. All the employees there deserve all the accolades as they have great work ethic and you can easily carry conversation with any of them. I hope this helps anyone who is intimidated by pawn shops like I was. Quick side note: I drive by everyday because it’s on the way to my shop (Vegas Style Slots) and rain or shine and or heavy winds, employees are out there helping out customers. My point again, great group of employees that are not afraid to work.

This is the only place I will put my wedding set in. They are awesome. I live in Golden Valley and I drive all the way to this location. The staff is great. Definitely recommend them for all your pawn needs

They have a wide variety of items and firearm selection. Sales staff willing to negotiate tax included out the door price discounts. No ammunition is sold or allowed to be pawned/ bought by the store .

Always good deals , inventory rotation is frequent. Some things need negotiation but overall fair pricing. They aren't collectors so don't expect top price for any collectable items.

I bought a JBL Charge 4 from Izzy at Pawn Plus and had an excellent experience. He gave me a great out-the-door deal and was professional, friendly, and easy to work with the entire time. The firearms specialist with the cowboy hat is the single best customer service provider I've ever come across. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was kind, helpful, and enthusiastic to help me and anyone else with questions without making anyone feel like they had to wait. I don't think I'll ever buy a firearm from anywhere else again sheerly due to the quality of service I received here. The prices are unbeatable, and the staff is beyond exceptional. If you're in the market for guns, jewelry, shoes, electronics, tools, and more; this is the place to go!!
